The problem grāmatr was built to solve

Every company Brian built faced a version of the same architectural gap: information that should have connected did not, context that should have carried across systems disappeared at the boundary, and the people responsible for outcomes had no record of how decisions were made.

Co-browsing at Recursive Labs was about collapsing the gap between what a support agent saw and what a customer saw — two screens, same session, no context loss. Cross-media attribution at Advocado was about proving that a television impression caused a website visit — two systems, one identity, verifiable chain of causality. NEXT90 was about giving enterprise media teams the contextual intelligence to act on their own data, not a vendor's interpretation of it.

AI in the enterprise is the same gap at higher stakes. Models are powerful. They are also stateless, context-blind, and ungoverned by default. Every session starts from zero. Every output ships without a typed standard attached to it. Procurement cannot audit it. Legal cannot defend it. The board cannot verify it.

grāmatr is the layer that closes that gap — not by improving the model, but by reasoning before it fires. Intent classified. Governance directives applied. Quality gates set. Audit record written. The model executes. grāmatr decided.

Recognition

Built on the same infrastructure we sell.

Anneal runs on grāmatr in production — the first application — with the CPP (Covington Place Partners) financial-governance application in active development as the second. Every session, every route, every decision runs through the system before it ships: precisely the context each request needs, better results for fewer tokens. The dogfood story is the product story. Enterprise deployments are available now.
